Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentTrust ID website at agenttrust.id and any services or materials provided by The House of Vee, LLC ("The House of Vee", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service provider
AgentTrust ID is a runtime authorization platform for AI agents, provided by The House of Vee, LLC, a California limited liability company. The AgentTrust ID source code is published under the Apache License 2.0; the agenttrust.id website content is not part of the open source release. References to "AgentTrust ID" in these Terms refer to the platform; the contracting entity is The House of Vee, LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the service.
3. Service provided "as is"
The AgentTrust ID platform, the agenttrust.id website, and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The House of Vee, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to The House of Vee, LLC in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the platform's APIs
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
- Interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the service
6. Intellectual property
The AgentTrust ID source code is licensed to the public under the Apache License 2.0; use of the source code is governed by that license, not these Terms. The agenttrust.id website content and visual design are not part of the open source release. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to the website content except as expressly granted in a separate written agreement.
7. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also agree to the practices described there.
Enterprise customers and prospects may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) covering our handling of personal data on their behalf. Email contact@agenttrust.id with the subject line DPA Request.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any court proceeding that is not subject to arbitration must be brought in the state or federal courts serving San Mateo County, California.
9. Arbitration and class-action waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service ("Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Any arbitration will take place in San Mateo County, California, unless both parties agree otherwise. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and The House of Vee, LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. Disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is void, and any Dispute will be resolved in the courts identified in Section 8.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@agenttrust.id within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated by email when reasonably possible.
