This Privacy Policy explains how The House of Vee, LLC ("The House of Vee", "we", "us") handles information when you visit agenttrust.id, reach us through agenttrustid.com, contact us, or request a demo of AgentTrust ID.
1. Who we are
AgentTrust ID is operated by The House of Vee, LLC, a California limited liability company. You can reach us at contact@agenttrust.id.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit directly through the demo request form or by emailing us. This may include:
- Name
- Work email address
- Company name
- Role or job title
- Message content you choose to send
Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, and security events. We do not run advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or session replay on this site.
3. How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Reply to your message or demo request
- Understand whether AgentTrust ID fits your use case
- Maintain a record of product interest and customer conversations
- Protect the site from spam, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We use a small number of vendors to operate the site and receive inbound messages.

5. Data retention
We keep demo and contact information while it is relevant to an active conversation, prospect relationship, customer relationship, security matter, or legal obligation. You can request deletion earlier by emailing us.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you. These rights may apply under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or the GDPR.
To make a request, email contact@agenttrust.id with the subject line Privacy Request. We respond within 30 days unless the law allows or requires a different timeline.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as consistent with that existing choice.
7. Security
We treat the information you submit as confidential and store it in access-controlled internal systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to information on a need-to-know basis.
8. International visitors
AgentTrust ID is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
9. Children
AgentTrust ID is a B2B product. The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If you need this policy in another format, email contact@agenttrust.id and we will work with you to provide a usable copy.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
